Casablanca-home has been awarded the “20-Year Senior Quality Merchant” recognition under the “Quality Tourism Services” (QTS) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), in recognition of our unwavering commitment and dedicated efforts over two decades in product quality, customer service, and business integrity.

All certified merchants must undergo rigorous annual assessments to ensure service standards consistently meet the following three core criteria: transparent pricing, clear information, and quality service. Casablanca-home’s continuous compliance with these assessments over twenty years fully demonstrates our robust and outstanding performance within the retail and service industry.

At the award ceremony, Ms. Vivian Cheung, Casablanca-home’s Director of Marketing and Business Development, received the “20-Year Senior Quality Merchant” certificate from Ms. Yip Chun Tak, Deputy Executive Director of the Hong Kong Tourism Board—symbolizing industry-wide recognition and affirmation of our long-standing dedication to delivering high-quality service.
